Sick or hurt today
Call before 10:00 am and we can almost always see your child the same day. After hours, the same number reaches a pediatric provider.
Booking a visit
A checkup, or joining as a new family: call the front desk, or send a request and we will call you back within one business day.
Medical questions
Symptoms, medicines or test results: please call rather than email or use the form. Neither is private enough for health details.
Expecting a baby
Meet a provider during the third trimester. Fifteen minutes, no charge, no obligation.
A bill or a statement
Colleen Byrd, our billing manager, answers weekdays by phone or email. Plans and costs are on Insurance & Billing.
Records and forms
School, camp and sports forms, or records from your last practice: ask the front desk. Other practices can fax records to (541) 555-0149.
