New patients

Joining takes one phone call.

We are accepting new patients from birth through 21, and most families are seen within two weeks of calling.

How it works

Three steps, and we do the second one.

01

Call the front desk

(541) 555-0148, weekdays from 8:00 am. They will ask how old your child is and which insurance you have, then book the first visit while you are on the phone.

02

We collect the records

You sign one release. We chase your previous practice for the chart and the immunization history. You should not have to do that part.

03

Come in

First visits run 45 minutes, longer than a routine checkup, because we want the history properly. Arrive ten minutes early with the list below.

Integration slot

Book online

On a practice’s live site, this space holds online booking from the practice’s scheduling system, so a family can choose a checkup or a meet-the-practice visit at a time that suits them. Same-day sick visits stay on the phone, so the front desk can ask the right questions first.

What to bring to the first visit

No forms, no problem. We will print them at the desk. It adds about ten minutes to the visit.

Before you decide

You can meet us before you commit.

Expecting? Come in during the third trimester, meet a provider, see the office and ask whatever you want to ask. Fifteen minutes, no charge, no obligation. Moving to Bend with older children? The same offer stands.

What we take

We are in network with most major plans in Oregon, including Regence, PacificSource, Providence, Moda and the Oregon Health Plan. Call the front desk with your plan name and we will check it while you are on the phone.

What it costs

Ask, and we will tell you before the visit rather than after it. If you are uninsured or paying for yourself, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate in writing under the No Surprises Act.

About Good Faith Estimates

About vaccines

We follow the AAP schedule, and we expect the families in our care to vaccinate. If you have questions, or your child has fallen behind for any reason, we will talk it through and build a catch-up plan without a lecture.

We are not the right practice for a family who has decided against the schedule outright. Better that you know now than after a first visit.
